Roasted New Potatoes

- 6 new red potatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Directions
Heat oven to 400.
Mix potatoes, olive oil, salt and rosemary in a small bowl. Place in an even layer in a baking dish. Bake 30 minutes, or until done.
