1 clove garlic, peeled
1/4 cup fresh italian parsley
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 pound ground veal (or beef or pork)
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup grated parmesian
1 tesaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
3-6 cups marinara sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
