Sam’s Umami Salmon

1/2 cup onion, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon rosemary
2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup white wine
2 tablespoons goat cheese
3/4 pound salmon

Preheat oven to 475.
