2 cups pecans
4 sticks butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups flour
1 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Toast pecans on a greased cookie sheet for 8 minutes. Set aside until completely cool. In Cuisinart, chop into small pieces.
